How to use Kettle/Teapot

If you use as a kettle…

After rinsing it, please fill with water to around 3/4 and boil the water.

Please be careful not to put it on the hob without water.

If you use as a teapot….

Please rinse with lukewarm water first.

After use…

Empty any leftover tea quickly and rinse. Ensure that all water is removed completely. Dry when it has cooled. If you leave any water, then this could cause rust.

**** Caution ****

• The kettle will get hot. Please hold the handle with care and do NOT touch the outside as this may burn your hands.

• Please do not use on the hob without water inside.

• Please do not cool the kettle down quickly. Don’t immediately fill with cold water after use.

• Please do not fill the kettle to the top with water as it could spill over when boiling. Please place the lid slightly to one side to create a small gap and to allow release of steam.

• Please do not rub the inside with hands or sponge. The teapot/kettle may show small spots inside after use it for a while, however this is normal and fine to use unless the water changes colour to brown.

• Please do not use in the microwave.
